My son will be 7 months on the 11th and tried puréed zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots. His favorite is zucchini, and squash which gives him a ton of energy.

Oh so many things. My baby is 6.5 months.
She had eggs, fish, yogurt, ( her pediatrician said the earlier we introduce allergent foods the less likely she will develop allergies later in life),
Sweet potato, avocado, califlower, carrot, banana, mango, . .
I am sure I am forgetting some.

She loves avocado, eggs, yogurt, califlower

I liked to serve mine a hard boiled egg yolk, avocado, banana and a splash of milk all mixed together. It's amazing brain food and actually so tasty!

I'd also make batches of purees and freeze them into ice cubes so I had apples, Pears (mix those into porridge), lentil smoothed, butternut squash, sweet potato, cauliflower, cabbage, Spinach, courgette, carrot, broccoli. I'd take out 5 or 6 cubes of a range of different veg and heat up in microwave. Sometimes maybe 2 variety.

that’s very creative! I love the variety of food being introduced here. My husband is a chef and he prefers we stick with natural ingredients.

thank you the chart! I will definitely keep this in mind.

I’m going to have to try out eggs. How do you prepare them? My son doesn’t have teeth as of yet but I would love to try to see how he likes it.

I thought the same with the zucchini. At least it’s green beans, that’s good for him for sure!

@Darlisa just mash or I use blender with a little milk to make puree

Okay! I will do that today and see how he likes it! Thanks!
