I did a 5k yesterday (6 days before my due date) and now I’m in so much pain with my knees and pelvic bone. I know it’s my fault but in my defence I didn’t know I would be 9 months pregnant when I signed up to the charity run 🤣
Is there anything I can do to help relax my body and stop aching because I don’t think I have enough energy to give birth like this, I can barely walk 😬
Probably just being dramatic and it will ease up the next few days on its own but I’m not sure if my baby will hang on in there long enough for that to happen
