15 weeks now and the leg cramps are terrible!! Do they go away? This is my first pregnancy. The pain wakes me up at night. I’m drinking lots of water, eating fruits and veggies and trying to get better at getting some cardio in but like???? Any tips?

Check your prenatal for sufficient nutrients especially B complex. Ask your doctor if you can start B complex separately too. Electrolytes help me much more than water for leg cramps. Coconut water is the best natural electrolyte. Good luck 🍀

I had terrible legs cramps in the middle of the night during my first pregnancy. I’d have my husband rub magnesium spray on my legs before bed and I swear I never had a cramp when I remembered to have him rub it on before bed.

try LMNT supplement!

Calm magnesium powder, drink before bed. This will help a lot

My provider recommended Magnesium Glycinate for the insomnia, leg cramps and joint pain I’ve endured.
They also recommended other magnesium supplements like Natural Vitality CALM, Thorne, Pure Encapsulations, and Klair labs to help with insomnia, constipation, healthy blood sugar levels, and anxiety. In case any of this is helpful for you too!

I use sheeporganics magnesium lotion and hydrate with electrolytes and I don't get them! If I forget, omg worst pain ever ahah
Thank you all! I’ve been drinking lmnt ever since preggo and just got delivered the magnesium oil. Hope it works!
