Yes you can

Personally I wouldn't necessarily switch to cows milk, but wean off of milk if hes getting enough calories and calcium etc through other dairy products.
Like yogurt, butter, cheese etc.
My daughter is 14 momths now and gets 1 formula bottle at night and during the day she gets water or juice watered down with lots of water.

I weaned both mine onto cows milk starting from when they turned 11 months. I would add 1 oz of cows milk every 4 days until they were completely on cows milk

Recently I talked to my baby’s pediatrician and sales him about that. My baby is 11m 2w and he told me that yes I Can start with cow milk. Introducing 1oz first and adding half oz each day to see how he tolerates it

I would 100% say double check with your pediatrician first. With my son I originally wanted to start him at 11 months or 10 1/2 months but because his stomach cannot take regular milk or not even formula. He is only breastmilk. I'm gonna wait maybe till 18+ months . I'll try in a few more weeks if not, I'll wait a few more months.
