My little boy loves an oat bar (organix) I have tried so many recipes as I prefer cooking his food fresh however all the recipes I have tried are more of a cake consistency and he much prefers a drier biscuit consistency.
Please let me know if you have any good recipes I can try!🤍

Literally pour oats into a mashed banana. Cook for 20-25 mins. You can add cut up bits of strawberry or raspberry.

The book "what mummy makes" has a great carrot and apple oaty bar recipe! If you don't have the book let me know and I'll screenshot it for you 🙂

I make these but make them quite thick for the softer texture. If you baked them thinner it would probably be drier/more biscuity. I freeze them and zap in the microwave to defrost when needed.

I don’t have the book, if you could screenshot that would be amazing❤️

These are fab. I even changed up the fruit (needed to adjust the moisture content a little though).
