Bulging in vag

This may be tmi asf but I was trimming my bush and noticed that it seems to bulge downwards and am wondering if that’s considered normal or not? I haven’t looked at my downstairs area in a hot minute and was only trimming bc the hair was starting to get itchy and uncomfortable but once the hair was gone I could see and feel that it’s just bulging a ton, I’ve heard ladies say that it all swells quite a bit down there especially with the increased blood supply we currently have (I’m 29 weeks btw) but I feel like I can push it back up to “normal” and then when I pee or use those muscles it seems to bulge back out again and I’m starting to freak myself out like what if it’s a sign that something’s wrong so wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar or if this is actually something weird going on

I’m 31 weeks and have not had that as a symptom. Please go see your doctor - it sounds like your metals are having a hard time staying tight and holding the baby up (this is just my brain talking). Please see your OB asap, that sounds like an emergency.

Baby is putting a ton of pressure on you right now. Have your doctor check you out. They may put you on bed rest and send you to physical therapy. Lot of rest until you can get to your doctor

What did the doctor say?

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

C section trauma ?

Is it a thing to be traumatised by a c section delivery? I’m 4 weeks pp after having an emergency c section. I won’t go into the ins and outs to what got me there 😂
Nothing went wrong in the surgery at all, it was just incredibly intense, overwhelming and scary, but luckily my baby was delivered safe!
However I’m finding my birth experience quite difficult to even think about and when I do, I feel a horrid gut wrenching feeling, my heart aches and I just uncontrollably cry! My body feels really alien to me, like it’s not my own and I just feel really let down.
