Does anyone actually meet up on here?

I want to meet new people as well but no one wants to move it along or meet up and your right it is frustrating because like you said I'm not looking for online friends

I have, three times with the same person and the playdates were literally 4hrs each. It was great at first but then I realized that there were a lot of things from both the parents and the child that I couldn't continue engaging. It's unfortunate but you really have to be careful. Discontinuing relationships is really hard, but don't force it out of desperation. Just something I've learned recently.

Yea it’s annoying! I feel like everyone wants to give the “impression” they’re up for meeting new moms but when it comes to it no one can be bothered..

Ah good insight! I can definitely see that happening also in the future…I’m just trying to get past the first hurdle of actually meeting ppl face to face 😂

Lol it does make it difficult to want to keep trying. I'm already antisocial and some people don't make it any easier! 😂 I was also slightly more "aggressive" with setting the first meeting. I don't like wasting time.

A lot of people want to be pen pals. It’s a bit of work to find a few who want in person friendship.

That's true I'd like to meet new mom it's just not many live or stay very close

Yea I might start doing that too…cutting to the chase a bit earlier so at least I know where I stand!

Yea I do get that esp with pregnancy everyone handles it differently…I’m trying to be quite active so def more than happy to meet ppl in person.
