try to use a baby carrier to get stuff done if she's crying every time you put her down but for the minimal amount of time possible it takes to clean up. then with your more free time, you'll have to break her of the habit. you can teach her communication skills even using ASL to get her to ask instead of crying to be picked up and use the reinforcement of picking her up to motivate her. good luck and try to read some articles about it too! ♥️

Get a hip seat. Also a set of earplugs. Have a ladder in the kitchen so she can see what you're doing. Do the minimum housework and just hold your baby. Read to her and love on her all the time. 🥰 She is developing at an amazing rate and will grow out of this phase soon enough. Best of luck and wish you good sleep.
