Apple Watch pushing a pram?

Does anyone else’s Apple Watch not track steps accurately when pushing a pram? Should I wear it on my ankle ?

I don’t think mine tracks accurately but I’ll take what it says as they’re never 100% accurate anyway and I’m too lazy to put mine on my ankle 😂

I have Samsung and I find that as long as my phone is in my pocket and watch it on my wrist they'll talk to each other about my steps. Tbh I've not warn it for a while but definitely need to charge it up and recalibrate it

Yes!! I seem to be logging half the steps I was pre-baby over the same distance. It’s crazy?

Get an elasticated/stretchy watch strap on Amazon or shein and wear it on your ankle! Same as pushing a shopping trolley

My garmin doesn't so frustrating!

I've got a Garmin and yeah I doesn't track when I'm pushing a pram very well at all. I also bought an Oura Ring on Vinted and that thinks I'm cycling 😂

If I start the pram walk as an outdoor walking workout then it counts my steps but if I don’t it doesn’t think I’ve moved. Went for a walk around the zoo recently with a friend who also wears an Apple Watch and it hardly counted any of her steps but I’d started recording an outdoor walk and because it was tracking the GPS for the walk it counted the steps fine for me

My Apple Watch detects activity and me “standing up” while I’m in bed just because I raise my hand to stress it. I do trust it at all! 😂

Mine tracks it as an elliptical workout, maybe try that

Mine says I’m ridding a bike when pushing the pram! 🙈

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
