I feel like I’m at the end of my tether! I feel like my little girl is never happy! She literally won’t go any longer than half an hour without either crying or fussing and it’s been like this for 4/5 days now 😴 she sleeps perfect at night 19:30pm til 4/5am and normally goes back until 08:30am/09:30am!! But day time naps are a nightmare, I’ve tried light rooms/dark rooms, music, white noise literally everything!!!! And nothing but sleeps for 5/10 minutes and cries again, she has been spitting up more than normal today, and is on 7oz bottles and same again finishes that and still cries
I just don’t know where to turn at this stage? She chews her hands alot, do I try calpol and see if it changes anything? I just feel like I’m getting to the point of not coping at this rate with my partner being at work all day, and even he gets overwhelmed of hearing her cry for 30 mins when I have it all day!!! Any advice would be amazing 😭🙏

How old is she? Could it be a growth spurt?
Also, a change of scenery might help. Does she like being in the pram?
I wouldn't give Calpol unless she has a fever or is advised by the GP because there is no medical reason to give it.
she’s 3 months on Monday! I’ve taken her for a walk today in the pram and she was absolutely fine! As soon as we come home back to being really fussy again, and with this heat it’s so hard to keep walking around the estate 😅 x

Could it be that she is too warm inside? That has happened to my boy previously, where he was crying for no obvious reason, and I have him in just a vest at home now, when it's really warm.

Have you tried using huckleberry and logging sleep on there? It can pop up with hints and tips- on a serious note sounds like your LG gets the same amount of sleep in her ‘night sleep’ as my son does all day- so I know this isn’t helpful but it may be she simply isn’t tired enough to then nap in the day?
I would ask if your health visitor can pop round and see you both it sounds like it could be beneficial for you, in terms of spitting up more that could be due to the heat and chewing hands is common for babies 2+ months as they’re discovering everything / some are teething x
