Does your baby fight you when you try to put them to sleep? She doesn’t fight for bedtime sleep but every nap is a big fight and they’re short too(30 min). I have the blackout sheets, white noise, and I feed her 30 min before nap time then put sleep sack on and bounce her on a pregnancy ball and she fights me for 20 min, just keeps crying, trying to jump out of my hands then suddenly passes out, no matter how long is her wake window, I tried to put her to sleep after 1.5 hour of being awake, 2 hrs, 2.5, 1 hr, she still fights. And she takes a lot of naps but very short ( I end up bouncing her longer that the actual nap is) and it’s so hard to try to hold her when she’s so fussy, I don’t know if I’m making her uncomfortable. I tired to rock her on a chair, standing up, in upright position, in a cradle position, tried to feed her to sleep noting works, only bouncing her on a ball with a fight or is it normal?

Omg he’s my baby has started to fight naps as well but goes down for bed time like no problem it’s a faze my baby fought naps for like a week and has now just started going back down for his naps

I gave in during that time and did a 1 contact nap a day

Fights hard for naps. Usually pretty easy to get down for bed.

If you have a stroller maybe try going for a walk (inside or outside) when you notice she’s tired. that’s the only way LO sleeps during the day other than the baby carrier for me

He doesn’t fight me much it takes about 10 minutes for him to be rocked to sleep but all of his naps are only 30 minutes too. I read that if it takes longer than 15-20 minutes to stop, go back out and do an activity, and then try again.
