Any tips how to wean off nursing to sleep?

Hi moms! I unfortunately created the association of nursing to sleep this whole time and I’ve been trying to stop it since I want to wean off breastfeeding/transition to milk now. But every time I try- whether it’s nap time or bedtime- my baby just cries and cries and cries. (We also co-sleep). Help! Any tips please?

so wild! this is my baby every night and tbh her whole life she’s never actually woken up and been awake alert while going for the boob! it’s like instantly falls asleep as soon as my boob is back in her mouth! which makes me feel like the issue is a comfort thing!

You’re welcome. Yeah maybe a sleep association for her. I wish I found this page sooner in my breast feeding journey. She got me through 8 months of exclusively pumping though. I share this page with any and every mom I can. Wish you so much luck in your journey 🫶🏼

The only time we dont want a mans soft side...

Hey ladies.... i have something I want to just get off my chest. Ive noticed my husband becoming soft pretty early but lately hes been getting softer a lot more while having sex and its hard to enjoy the finish line when it becomes soft mid way . Because men have high ego about this stuff ive never talked to him about it. I know itll embarrass him. And culturally this is still very hash hash. Hes going to be 41 this year but the softness started around late 20s from what I Remmeber or early 30s. I dont think its work stress either. I guess i want to ask if this age is normal? I thought they were good until at least mid 50s?

8 week jabs 🙈

When should I give my little one Calpol before or after?

The doctors have told me to give it to him before and other people have told me to give it to him straight after as it could hide some of the symptoms.
