Learn more about our guidelines.YES. And I’m only just 31 weeks so it’s freaking me out😅
Yesssss! I'm just about to hit 31 weeks, too 😂
I’m 31 weeks and I have the back ache but not the 💩 yet what do you guys mean by that? As in keep going to do a 💩
🤣🤣 I feel you an I'm only 28 weeks
The pain in bed 😭I’m 30w today and been getting the pain in bed at night since 23/24w…ouuuuch!!
There are some days I feel like my whole vagina is about to fall on the floor. Must depend on babies position cause its not everyday 😂
@Rebecca I googled it and it’s to do with pelvic girdle pain where you feel pressure in the bum and vagina, especially with the back pain. It’s just dependant on baby’s positioning. You’ll notice other days you don’t feel that pressure? 😅
@Emily keep going strong!
@Anika yeah that and just the pressure of baby on the bottom 🤣
@Natasha it’s crazyyyy 🤣
@Anna it’s not nice! Hot water bottle had pillow between legs!! Are you using the birthing ball and pregnancy pillow? They do help tbh 💖
@Sophie yesss or it feels puffy as if baby’s right there! Or standing up just feels so uncomfortable haha
@Zara I’ve tried 3 different types of pillows and using a heat bag feels so good but then where the temperature has gone up outside, I get very warm doing that 😭. I haven’t tried the birthing ball, so maybe I’ll give that a go next! I’ve been referred for physio so will see if that helps at all too!
@Anna yeah this weather is too much lol and oh okay, yeah try the birthing ball it’s helped me even if I just sit on it rather than doing exercise. I was referred to physio but no one got back to me 🤣 but hopefully they get in touch x
@Zara I had to follow the physio up myself to find out if the referral was successful - maybe it’s worth you chasing it? I’m very interested to see what they can suggest! With my first I could barely do stairs by the time I was 36 weeks 😭
@Anna well tbh I don’t see a point now, I feel better since I’ve been using my birthing ball otherwise I had really bad sciatica since 16 weeks or even earlier. Now I just have back pain which is obviously baby’s weight, I’m due to have my cervical stitch removed soon so I think I’ll be alright 💖
Update: so I’m sure if any of yous have seen my recent post but my waters broke nearly 12 hours ago 😅
