How long are his naps each day? Maybe make sure he is awake by 2pm each day (if you don’t already) so by bedtime he is really tired and the sleep pressure is high. When you go to him when he cries just sit there and be really boring and just keep asking him to lie down and remind him that it’s sleep time. It’s super tough but consistency is key xx
1 - 1.5 hour nap during the day. Never had he slept past 2pm.. 1.30pm maybe if we lucky!
Just at a loss.

Have you tried a magnesium supplement? (For kids/babies obvs, Mighty Kids do one)
Our LO has always been a terrible sleeper but we’ve been giving him a magnesium supplement every night about an hour before bedtime and after a couple of weeks of consistent use we’ve seen a massive difference (at the moment it’s out of whack again but he’s not well atm so I think that could be why).
I hope it gets better for you, it’s so stressful/exhausting
