Why won’t my baby 5 months old stop rolling at night onto her belly and face and just go to sleep!!

My son is 5months and he is doing the same.It appears he feels comfortable sleeping that way.I always try to reposition him to sleep on his back but he ends up turning his face down.I have given up and just let him be

Mine sleeps on front too, that’s 100% how she’s happy to sleep. We had this phase when she began doing it, she was cross on her front, but once she got used to it she was less cross so hang on in there :-) Although she does “sound cross” as the way she gets to sleep, I think she’s actually soothing herself, which might be the same for your LO. Assume the swaddle is off now, worth trying a sleep bag if you haven’t yet. You got this :-)

I mean i have tried everything.. lol had half the night of co sleeping the other day cos I couldn’t take it anymore x

Oh my goodness we are the same it’s like she’s cross because she doesn’t want to be there but when I turn her back she screams hysterically. But she can’t roll back or get herself comfortable

same! End up co sleeping after getting up 5 times because I can’t take much more I’m too tired and she must be too

Apparently they say to give them plenty of time to practice it in the day time do that they won't do it so much at night 🫠

my girls never off the floor during the day 😂 honestly spends hours, rather roll all day than do anything else ! This is what I can’t get my head around 😔😔
