Does anyone eles suffering with migraines? I keep getting them randomly, I'm almost 24 weeks, so I'm very limited with what I can have to help ease them. They make me so ill, and I've had enough of waking up with a pouding head and feeling sick. I'm just taking paracetamol and using an ice pack. If anyone has any other recommendations, I would massively appreciate it. Thanks

I am 25 week and I’m also getting frequent headaches - thankfully I don’t think they are migraines, have you spoken to your midwife?

Hi, I’ve been suffering from migraines since about 12 weeks and the doctors ended up giving me a migraine prevention plan!
I had to take a 75mg aspirin and an anti sickness every morning and then an anti sickness and 2 paracetamols every night, I done that for 2 week straight and honestly made such a difference! I now just take the anti sickness! I would also ask to get iron levels checked as that can be a cause for migraines I got told, I ended up needed iron tablets aswell! I was a walking pharmacy at one point 😂 xx

Ooooo just on the iron point, if taking supplements make sure you are getting enough fibre in your diet! I need to up mine, currently struggling to 💩 🥴

I’m 23 weeks and have had migraines constantly on and off since 6 weeks. I get them probably 10+ times a day. The only I can take is paracetamol and trying to stay well hydrated
