I'm a FTM.
LO is very nearly 4 months and still sleeps good at night. Usually one 6-7 hour stretch, feed and then another 2-4 hours taking us to around 7am. Night sleep hasn't changed but day time is a struggle and he has become super fussy.
He seems to be catnapping now mainly and not sleeping as deeply. It is unpredictable though. Sometimes, it can be a 15-minute nap, other times 1 hour or so. He seems to be so fussy and tired during the day nonatter what. Any time he is due a nap and even before he hits the overtired stage, he fights his sleep so badly. Screaming, crying, kicking out. Thankfully it only lasts about 5-10 mins as I soothe him and he falls asleep.
Is this a form of sleep regression? Or is it just that the world is so interesting now, he doesn't want to nap? Lol
It's so difficult to do anything during the day because after 1-2 hours he no longer just falls asleep, he will either stay awake and become overtired or else fight his sleep while I attempt to get him to drift off.

I actually don’t know as with my firstborn he would be wide awake during the day and only nap after his lunch time bottle. But my second baby is super fussy and will be like your LO so I think I just depends on the baby 🤷♀️

totally normal! my little started his sleep regression around 12 weeks, luckily only lasted a week. he still now can be super fussy around day time naps

Currently going through the exact same with my 15week old 😂
