Hip and butt pain OUCH!

maybe PGP, or general hip & butt pain, I feel like I’ve done an intense squat exercise, and in a morning its agony. Feel like the third trimester waddle has come at 24 weeks!!!
🙃🙃🙃
Maybe carrying more weight and a big bump this time but still ouch!

My hip is coming out of socket slightly it’s been happening since 18 weeks. I completely have the waddle too. If I do a longer walk I have bad pain in my general hip/vagina/bum area. I’m also heavier this time and my bump is much bigger!
Honestly not sure how I’m going to cope in 5 weeks let alone 10+ 😫 it’s definitely confirmed for me this is last baby. 😂

Same!

I had a massage the other week and I all I wanted to ask was for my bun to be massaged 😂😂 as it’s so uncomfy.

I’ve had the waddle for a while it feels! This is my second, I’m heavier than before and have PGP again. And find myself needing to rest after a bit of a walk!

Ive had leg cramps all night last night too. I’m tempted to find somewhere go do acupuncture go see if this helps

I’ve had this as well (second pregnancy) - I’m definitely bigger sooner than last time. I had a physio appt last week as it was unbearable for another 20 weeks and they said my glutes on the side where I carry my 20kg 2 year old is so tight that is causing pain, I’ve been trying to move about more and do the physio stretches and that’s helped but sometimes it still twinges and it’s soo painful!

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

Reduced movements

26 weeks and haven’t really felt little baby all day, she’s usually super active & I have a posterior placenta so I feel her all the time usually. I did feel her ever so briefly earlier right down into my pelvis. I was at maternity triage the other night with tummy cramps but everything was fine and so was baby. What should I do? I don’t want to feel like a nuisance?
