Is there a light in the end of the tunnel? Am I ever going to sleep through the night again?
My baby already sleeps in her crib in her room. But no matter what I try, she doesn’t give stretches longer than 4 hours. She did for a couple of nights, but as soon as she hit 11 months that was gone.
Cosleep did not work for us because she wasn’t comfortable and neither was I. And I do not like the idea of sleeping training.

I hear giving them a good meal before bed helps.
My kid still wakes up at least twice a night to dream feed and gets 9-12hrs of night time sleep.

I'm the same, hated co sleeping and didn't sleep train really. There is a light. My 11.5 month old only wakes once in the night now from 7pm-530am he'll wake around 1am for a quick nurse then back in his cot. You'll get there x

Just want to say I feel your pain! Twins and never did sleep training and they are in their crib. They are waking maybe once now and at least one of them sleeps through fairly often even with a wakeup (finalllyyy... It was twice a night for a long time and worse some days).
They do naturally figure it out and I couldn't do the cry it out method even on the worst of days.... I still rock them back to sleep. I know there is light at the end because of my first ❤️ I will say if they wake and want to feed, make that bottle/feed shorter/smaller because they most likely don't need it it's just a comfort thing and ends up being more habit than anything. Also I put them down with a bottle at bed and naptime
