I’m assuming you are on two naps now (unless you need to add a third on occasions) which wake windows are u working to?
I’m 2.5 hours, 3.5 hours and 4 hours. Seems to work for us but from what I’ve seen the last ones too long.

Soooooo I did a lot of research when switching to two naps haha.
First I’m going to ask: how are naps and night time going? Because if your little one sleeps well, then I wouldn’t be worried. Every baby is different. So your baby might not fit into the “generic schedules” we find online. It’s only a problem IF it’s a problem.
Secondly, “they” (whoever they are haha) say by 10m they should be awake for about 10 hours. They max out of a 2 nap schedule around 11 hours.
Right now your schedule is 10 hours of awake time. So it’s right on par with where your little one should be.
There is no real science to backup wake windows, just a total hours of sleep in a 24 hour span for développement. So however you break that up is up to you and your little one.
It looks like they are getting longer, which builds sleep pressure. So depending on your little one’s needs, if this works for you, then that’s great.

My LO is 10m on June 14, and currently we aim to do 3/3.25/3.75 but sometimes it’s more like 2.75/3.5/3.75 (or 4 depending how slow we are at bedtime routine lol).
My guy sleeps well for naps 1.25-1.75 hours each if I let him. And sleeps 10.5 hours straight through the night. So this works for us. But it might not work for someone else.

My daughter wakes up at 7:10am, then has a 45 minute nap at around 9am. Then in the afternoon she goes down at 2pm and wakes just gone 4pm then goes to bed at 8pm. So roughly the same time frame

My LO will be 10 months on June 20th and we’re pretty consistently on 3:25/3.5/4 but the wake windows are starting to stretch naturally now like this evening he went down after being up for 4.5 hours. He naps really well now, 1:00-2 hours at a time :)

10.5 straight? With no wakes or demanding? That’s my dream haha

yup 🥰 sometimes 11 hours if we are lucky haha. we worked really hard on sleep hygiene during the four month sleep regression. Occasionally he’ll wake to nurse once at night. But from him crying to being back in his crib asleep it’s 10 minutes. He went through a bit of a nursing strike for a while so I’m happy to wake and feed when needed. It doesn’t happen often. But I figured he’s going through a growth spurt or something.

My baby will be 10m June 7th.
Sleeping routine still kind of hard. Sometimes she wakes up too early so we need to do a 3rd nap.
Windows are 2/3/2/2.. or 2/3/4 with two naps. But her sleeping at night is not the best.
Are any of yours still on breastfeeding?

well that’s great. We usually do very good with naps. Now I am trying to change the routine, but I don’t know what to do first 😂. She only falls asleep with me while I breastfeed her, so every time she wakes up she wants the same.. and needs to sleep very close to me as well, sometimes even on me. It is kind of hard, my husband can’t do much

You ladies are doing amazing ☺️ my baby just turned 9 months on 31st May and we are not ready to drop the 3rd nap 🙈 She wakes up at 5:30 am, sleeps at 8 for 35 mins, again at 11:30-12 for 35 mins and again at 3pm. Goes to bed at 7pm, but wakes up a lot in the night 😑 often just needs the dummy, or a little back rub to know someone’s there and milk a couple of times.
Tips are welcome ☺️ but just wanted to say it sounds like your little ones are doi ung great!

If it works for you, why change? Having a long last window will help building up sleep pressure. Mine wakes at 6am then has a nap around 9/9:30 for 1.5h then again at around 2/2:30 for an 1/1:15h. Then bed at 7pm and no wake ups.
@Julia seems like your baby might be ready for 2 naps. The short naps and frequent night wakes are a sign. Try to stretch that first wake window longer so they are tired enough to sleep longer. Same for the second. Then if needed bring bedtime forward a little to not have an overtired baby
