My passion is dancing. I used to dance a lot before when I was bitt younger before I had children and so years gone by I gained weight because I have depression and anxiety and eating, unhealthy food just to make myself happy and I gained weight so I’m thinking about going back to the gym and do my dancing after summer holiday because I’m a little start her Frist year in school full-time so it’ll be easier for me to concentrate on my health.
I don’t know what to do ,
I need your to help me to decide what is a good way to start 😅
should I not do my dancing and just focus on go to the gym, what do you recommend?
