This is our monthly dinner menu (2 adults 2 children and 1 baby)
My son loves beef stroganoff so I wanted it on the menu twice but I could do with another meal as I have it down 3 Thursdays in a row 🙈
Any suggestions that we don't already have on the plan would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

How old is baby? Under 1s shouldn’t have honey, even if cooked due to the risk of botulism

Baby is 4 months old, he's not eating anything yet lol

This all sounds amazing! You can do homemade pizza! Or some other kind of pasta like chicken Alfredo.

No help here. I need to be this organised!!

ooh homemade pizza would be lovely, the boys would love that! Thank you!

of course! It’s a favorite in our house 💕

it took a while to come up with it all but it's made our lives so much easier honestly! And the variety means we never get bored 🤭

Chicken & chorizo gnocchi or sausage & leek gnocchi

yeah I need to do this. I’m a last minute person and I’m trying not to be! Love a spreadsheet at work, need to incorporate that love into my personal life 🤣

just wanted to check as so many people think it’s ok if it’s cooked.
Chilli always goes down well in our house and there’s normally left overs for lunches or a freezer stash too. I mixe the kids with some yoghurt to tame down the spice a bit if needed

What’s your beef stroganoff recipe?

I’m curious as well!

it's okay, it's better to say it anyway as someone reading the comments might not have known that 😊
I've actually never done chilli so I'll give it a go and see if everyone likes it 🥰 thank you!

I'll message it to you both, I don't like sour cream personally so I use Greek yoghurt with double cream but feel free to use sour cream if you'd prefer

ooo I wouldn’t mind the recipe too if that’s okay ?

I look forward to seeing it!

Sent to everyone 🤭 I highly recommend using chatgpt to adjust the amounts for your family size if needed as I make quite big batches so Hubby can eat a big portion and then take some to work the next day for lunch 💕

Have you checked out the batch lady she has some great recipe ideas for families

This is niceeeee. I shall copy this. Thank you so much for sharing.

oh you're welcome! I'm glad you like it 🤭

nooo I'll check her out now, I hadn't heard of her before thank you!

My kids love this cheesey spinach dip chicken pasta, I found the recipe online. And can message you the recipe

This is organization goals! I do a weekly menu but have never sat down and laid it out for the month. We have pizza once a week (usually frozen) which could be a nice break fror you from cooking. I am vegetarian and like to make a lot of quinoa salads with beans and herbs in the summer, you could try that and add grilled chicken!

Love it! 👍❤️
