I live of first floor flat there's four neighbours.I used to get on with one of them, but she stopped talking to me.I was just putting washing out and she was gardening and she wouldn't speak to me at all.I was going to take out paddling pool for my daughter but I won't bother now.I feel super awkward because they don't want to speak to me and I take these things really badly.I feel like v down something wrong, they meet you for chats and sometime they talk about me...I feel so unwelcome here and not sure what to do.

I feel like you're more in your own head about this than necessary. Could just be they want to garden in peace or don't have the mental energy for a conversation. Could even have had in a headphone or something that you couldn't see so genuinely didn't hear you. I certainly wouldn't be asking to move house over it, but that's just me š¤·š¼āāļø

You definitely can't ask to move because of that sorry. Not every neighbour wants to be really friendly, and they could have stuff going on in their life or want to be left alone at the moment but that's no reason for you to not take your daughter outside or not be able to live in your home.
I hope it gets better for you but there's no guarantee that if you move your new neighbours would be any different.
And remember, the more you keep thinking someone doesn't like you, the more you'll notice behaviours that seem that way. It's better to imagine they do like you, they're just not in a talkative mood at the moment.
No she's definitely awkward. She used to speak to me.She talks to my other neighbour ans jieks around, they rally loud actually...

It's okay for her to not want to talk to you though. I'm a very friendly person but I don't want to talk to all of my neighbours all the time. That's not how the world work unfortunately. But you can't let something like that affect you or let you stop your daughter from going out and enjoying the garden
@jaye it's definitely something to do with me..she talks to everyone...I was putting washing on the line so maybe she was annoyed about that but she other neighbour puts it kn all the time and takes up all the space.

It's not definitely something to do with you, you "assume" it's something to do with you. But it might not be... And even if it is, just carry on as normal. You haven't done anything wrong so carry on living your life and don't let other people's behavior sit on your mind for too long. It's no big deal if one neighbour doesn't want to talk to you š
