Contractions?

I’m expecting my 4th.
In my opinion it’s better to wait longer before going to the hospital versus earlier. If you have multiple hours of contractions that are steadily getting stronger, that’s what I would look out for.
With all of my births, though, I did lose my mucous plug and have bloody show 2 to 4 days before labor starting so for me that was a good indication. It was close, but everyone and every body is different.

Everyone is different but for me it was like strong period cramps. They were very consistent and once I was feeling them consistently every 5ish minutes I went in (I lived super close to the hospital at that time though). I would say go with your gut and what you’re comfortable with once you start feeling that consistent cramping
