Idk what to do with my relationship

We been having issues for a few months now and I refuse to even be intimate with him since he told me I was fat for the time he meet me (mind this I been pregnant cuz of him back to back. For 2 years ) I’m finnaly getting my self back together cuz of postpartum but he told me he thinks of other woman and is a (promise) to cheat on me and put me down a lot I’m scared to leave cuz I don’t want him taking my babies away

An old friend who was flaky is liking my social media and texted to tell me she published a book

I've already given up on the friendship because it was so one-sided, it was all about her it was all about being an audience to her and everything happening in her life.

Story of my Life where most female friends only become friends with me because it makes them look popular meanwhile if we hang out all I hear is about their traumas. There's never any real interest or even questions about our lives and if we happen to have gotten sick and couldn't agree to an outing it never seemed to be an acceptable response

I'm just so confused at female friendships and I just need to hear the truth once and for all. Am I just falling for poor friendships what are they even supposed to feel like because personally I honestly feel they should be reciprocal and there should be genuine interest back and forth

So this old friend saw my Instagram story posts and like them and then texted saying we're doing great and that she published a book and to check it out

And I'm just like okay. Again it's still all about her right?

I'm trying to understand if I'm seeing things clearly or not
