Hey!
My little one is 16 weeks and going through full on sleep regression this week. Used to wake up only 3 times overnight and sleep on his cot...now wakes up pretty much every hour and hates his cot...
He has his 16 weeks inmunisations this Friday coming. He had some temperature and fusiness with previous ones but was able to sleep it off. I think that will be hard on his current sleep pattern.
Anybody has been on a similar situation? How did they go about it? I am wondering if it will be too much for him.
Any tips are welcome!
Thanks :)

Was in a similar boat but the 16week jabs made her sleepy enough to get some real sleep and reset the overtiredness she had accumulated a bit

We’re in week 6 of regression waking every 1.5-2 hours. The day of his jabs he actually slept through that night! Back to 1.5-2 hours night after though. X

The sleep regression coincided with our jabs and thankfully only lasted just over 2 weeks although at the time felt like a life time 😅 thankfully and I don’t know if it was just a coincidence but the 16 week jabs gave him a temp which he didn’t have the first time round, but wiped him out and seemed to be the end of the hourly wake ups overnight! All I can say is hang on in there and I promise there is an end 😅 just keep to your routine as best you can and hopefully your little one will slide right back in to it! X

Thanks for your comments! I'm crossing my fingers hoping it is not too bad haha 🤞

hey 👋🏻 fancy seeing you here! We are 8 months in and still waking every 2 hours if not more. The imms didn’t make any difference but I think the calpol helped with sleep. Fingers crossed they go ok for you guys x
