Can a 6 month old tolerate a 3 hour wake window? My son has been fighting naps after a 2.5 hour wake window. He used to fall right asleep but now it ends in screaming and crying and takes me so long to get him to sleep. I just feel like 3 hours is to long but idk

It depends on the kid. My LO sometimes does 4 hours between his last nap and going down for the night. But somedays that’s to much for him and starts showing signs of being sleepy at 2.5 or 3 hours.

Yes for sure. Wake windows aren’t actually based on science or anything, just do what works for your baby!
