I need honest opinions. Is it possible to lose weight and gain strength solely from YouTube videos? Going to the gym is just not feasible at this time but I’m really struggling with body image. I have had multiple people tell me that it’s not possible to get to where I want to be without a gym membership so it’s been really hard to get motivated to even do the YouTube videos out of worry they will be pointless. I move a lot during the day and do lots of walking and doing my best to eat healthy. Just want to add on some workouts so that I can actually start seeing results.

Majority of weight loss comes from nutrition. So, yes it's absolutely possible to lose weight using YouTube or other apps when paired with a reasonable calorie deficit.

I used to be in the gym everyday for hours before I had my first. I gained 60 pounds with him and gained weight postpartum and breastfeeding till I stopped. I couldn't go to the gym anymore but I still was able to lose weight and get back in shape just doing YouTube Pilates and walking several times a week. Eating whole foods and drinking enough water helped also. The people I watch are Move with Nicole, PilatesBodyRaven, and Sheridan Hauser
Thank you!! I will start today then I have a couple YouTubers that I have tried in the past but was never consistent with but I will look at the ones you suggested too thank you! Very much looking forward to colder weather so I can get more walks in during the day

Yes! Totally possible!

Totally possible, I especially like GROW WITH JO videos.
Consistency is really key with them.
I have heard great things about grow with Jo! I need to check those videos out too

The start of my weightloss journey was just that I lost 60lbs alone I ended up turning to a Dr for more help but yes you can lose weight.

Actually i used rosie grahams 30day workout routines on YouTube

I have my own workout routine at home and I’m in the best shape I have been since having two kids back to back. It’s absolutely possible. Keep in mind 80% is diet. Try to erase the all or nothing thinking that most have. If you can put in 20 minutes of movement in most days you will see results. Consistency is key!!!

I will need to look up some of these YouTube channels
