My little one has bumped his head so many times, had lots of bruises and eggs on the head, if she seems otherwise ok in herself and there was no loss of consciousness then I wouldn’t worry! I think the advice is if they fall from higher than their height or 1m, then they need to get checked out but otherwise I’m sure she’ll be fine! Just keep an eye for drowsiness or vomiting if you’re worried x

They tend to be way stronger than we think, but just stay close to her and see how you feel. If you are too worried call 111? I know I always think the worst when my littleone falls but it is all part of the process...

She is asleep now. Bedtime at 8pm. How can i monitor her overnight?

https://www.healthiertogether.nhs.uk/child-under-5-years/head-injury scroll to at home care + prevention section for more info but heres what it says on overnight,
Allow your child to sleep as normal. We would encourage you to check on them a couple of times overnight to check:
Do they appear to be breathing normally?
Are they sleeping in a normal posture?
Do they make the expected response when you rouse them gently? (E.g. pulling up sheets, cuddling teddy-bear)
If you cannot satisfy yourself that your child is sleeping normally, then wake them fully to check.
Keep a regular sleep routine going to bed and waking at the same time each day
