I need like an hour break of just nobody making sound and nobody touching me that I can just lay down and wrap myself in a blanket and be comfortable... A nap would be great but like just no sound or touching and being able to eat a warm meal would be amazing. I'm tired of breastfeeding every hour, I'm tired of being climbed on, I don't want my husband kissing me, I'm tired of not being able to eat, I'm tired of hearing my husband snore, the dog barking, cat meowing, the baby crying, the toddler yelling... I feel like I'm just going to scream

Yes all of that. I also just came down with a stomach bug and I’m dreading the morning when I have to go back to being “online”

You're not alone 😭 A hot meal at the table would be soooooo nice (without having to shovel it in worried baby will wake or hearing the baby cry). Best wishes to you and I hope you are able to finds ways to cope in this time.

Heavy on all of that!
On top of that, leaking all over the place 😭

This is so real. Have your husband watch the kids and take yourself out to dinner. You can eat takeout in the car if you don't feel like eating inside. If that's too much, just take a walk. Go outside and get some fresh air. If that's not an option either, get some noise-cancelling headphones! Obviously you can't start them all the time, but they could be helpful when the sound gets to be too much.
genuinely thought about earplugs to reduce the noise
I don't have a stomach bug but I started my first postpartum period like two days ago so I already feel extra irritable and crappy

Oh noooo! No fun at all 🫠
100% second the noise canceling head phones! Total game changer. It just takes the edge off a bit and it makes a huuuuge difference!

My therapist recommended "loop" ear plugs. It just reduces the sound to take the edge off. Of course there are also just full noise blocking. They have off brand too that are around 10 dollars a pair verses the 20 or plus dollars for name brand
