My joints are in a pitiful state after having my baby a year ago. I'm considering adding collagen to my routine but there just seems to be a lot of hype and no real science behind it. I just thought I'd ask the hive mind if they have any experience with it?
Thanks :)

I've been using nutrition geeks collagen glow up powder every morning and I feel like it's made a difference I love it. My nails feel stronger and are growing loads. My joints feel great but I dont think I really had a problem with them to start with x

I had pain in both knees after giving birth and started taking collagen a few months ago. I originally took it to help my skin, but I’ve noticed my knees feel much better now. I didn’t expect it to help with that, but it really seems to have made a difference!

I hope you've found a remedy that helps you. Are you breastfeeding? Your body uses up a huge amount if calcium fir breast milk and if not supplemented or through diet, the body will use calcium from your bones, leading to weak joints. Maybe look at calcium supplements and also bone marrow supplements. Bone marrow has a massive amount of collagen which your body will absorb better. Hope this is useful x
