Do you put bell peppers in your spaghetti sauce?

Sometimes! I like to roast them before I put them in the sauce and blend it though 🫑

Yess! I put them in a meat sauce all the time. I also grate 1 carrot and a celery stick and fry it with the pepper , garlic and an onion before I add the meat.
I know it sounds odd but it’s an old Italian secret that my grandmother used to do and it’s fantastic

And I attempted home made sauce with a rough(ru) and It was a fail. Everyone ate it but hubby said he like his Prego.

Yellow onion & green pepper cook it with the meat and a little bit of fresh garlic
