Stomach fat

Post incog because I’ve embarrassed of my stomach for years now. I don’t dress like I used to, I’ve been living in sweats/tops that’ll cover my stomach, and it has made me insecure 😐my life has changed because of it. I just DON’T KNOW how i can get rid of it. It mostly got/stayed big around my 2nd pregnancy and it’s been almost 2 years now. Also back to back pregnancies 2 years apart. Does anyone know of any specific workouts or drinks or just ANYTHING to get rid of it and can you please comment below?😓
(I don’t want to resort to get surgery)

As an image consultant this is what I will tell my client , have you tried intermittent fasting and quitting almost anything that contains sugar.

There's no magic drink, and you can't target fat loss with a certain excercise. Any core workout will help tone and burn calories, but ultimately fat loss comes down to a calorie deficit.

Tdeecalculator.net with your stats, click on cutting calories to guide you with the number to aim for daily. A 500 calorie daily deficit will average 1 pound of fat loss weekly, which is a healthy and sustainable rate!

A consistent workout routine that combines cardio and lifting atleast 3x per week. Consistency with that and tracking foods then getting into eating at a slight deficit while hitting protein. The answer is extremely boring and monotonous.

Lift heavy, start walking 10k a day, change diet

Your core is probably still weak and not healed properly post pregnancies. Deep core workouts can help 👍🏼 along with some other ladies suggested, daily steps, healthy whole foods, and lifting weights also helps 😊

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
