How can I keep my blood sugar in a good range without just demolishing boxes of Oreos? (More below)
My ob put me on a continuous glucose monitor last week because she suspects gd even though I passed the glucose test. I did a little google search into what “normal” should look like during pregnancy and I noticed that my numbers seem to trend towards low all the time (85-95 for 90% of a 24hr period and rarely gets down to 66 or up to 110). I eat on a pretty regular schedule but maybe I’m not eating the right things? Any advice? Btw, my next appointment is tomorrow so I plan on asking her too

I was diagnosed with GD this pregnancy. I have been making sure I get lots of protein in my diet and I've tried to cut back on snacks and carbs, so keto bread and such. If I do snack I just try to stick to high protein, veggies, or fruits.

Why does she suspect GD if you passed the glucose test? If your levels are above 120 two hours after eating, that is an indicator of GD. 85-95 is healthy.
