Napping

My daughter is 2 years and 9 months and she’s not napped for the last week or so x

My little girl will be 3 in November and she still has a little 15-20 minute power nap midday! X

Ohhh ok,thanks. I'm abit stuck about what to do.. my son turns 3 in decemeber and on the days we're both at home he naps early but when he's at nursery. he doesn't nap there are we get home at 5 but he's knackered when we come home.

We are still napping 40 mins ish (he would do an hour ish if we didn't wake him). He only does 10hrs overnight and has started to wake so think we may drop it soon. They may go through a phase of needing it on some days but not others

About 4 weeks ago she stopped xx

My girl stopped napping in February. She will nap in the car if really tired or lingering trips but day to day in the house etc she’ll not nap. She lays in her bed when I’m putting her brother down for his naps (her choice) but still won’t nap even if she’s telling me she’s tired x
