My little boy (7m) is usually a pretty good sleeper. His bedtime is anytime from 7:30-8:30 depending on his last nap and will then usually sleep until 2am or sometimes a little later for a bottle and then go back down until 6/7. But for the last 4ish nights he has been waking up anytime between 10-midnight and I can’t figure out why. Sometimes it’s as simple as popping his dummy back in and other times he’s cries and cries and will only settle with a cuddle or sometimes it’s only a bottle that settles him. I noticed tonight that the boiler clicked before he woke up. Could it be that that’s waking him? But why would that suddenly be bothering him now?? Someone help 😩

What’s your routine? Wake up nap time etc. do you have white noise in the bedroom - find it blocks out any background noise x

He could be coming into the regression, my 7 month had been exactly the same
he normally wakes around 7ish, but because of his nighttime bottle his daytime bottles can be a bit all over the place in terms of when he wants them.
But as for naps, he has a nap around 9/10 and then normally a nap around 3ish and sometimes I’ll let him have a little cat nap around 5 if that 3pm nap wasn’t very long. So that’s why bedtime varies too a little. But it averages around 8pm he goes to bed.
As for bedtime routine, it’s bath bottle bed. Red light on, noise machine on and he drifts off perfectly. But it’s just the waking during the night. I tried putting him to bed earlier last night and that didn’t seem to do much as he woke at 10 and didn’t go back down until 11:30ish. So maybe it was a false start? Maybe he needs a later bedtime?
yeah I did wonder if it was a regression. He’s also very close to crawling and has also started pulling himself up on things to his feet so I did wonder if it’s just him learning new things. I just hope it evens out
