How are we changing nappies?

My little one is the same😂

if I’m with someone, I try and get them to distract my little girl, if that don’t work, majority of the time she wee’s on her clothes, i have to collect her from across the other side of the room and it ends in tears🤣😫

I give my little girl something to distract her ,tv remote works lol

I have ok success with singing a nursery rhyme to distract her. Bonus points if I start whispering it, she gets fascinated by it lol

Whenever possible I get my other half to help distract him!
But on my own, I use pull ups as easier to out on while crawling! And a toy with lights to distract

I distract him with anything and everything in his hands and have changed to pull ups, they're so much easier!!

It's hard. I give him toy, wet wipes pack anything. Sometimes work sometimes doesn't. But generally it's a wrestling battle

I give her a wipe to play with,usually does the trick 😂

We’re having the same struggle so we’ve changed to pull up nappies during the day and it’s made things slightly easier😂

Pull ups! Quickly clean him up and then I sit him on me knee and put them on like pants. He’s started getting better now and getting his nappy done

I honestly dread nappy changes for this exact reason... especially if it's a poo! I go into children's entertainer mode and sometimes even that doesn't work

Pull ups! Still have to act quick when cleaning a poo-y butt, but never had any disasters and so much easier to put on!!

Wet wipe tax, I give my little girl a wet wipe while I do nappy change… I don’t know why it works but it does 😂😂 xxx

I’m the same as Natasha, pull ups were a game changer as I can put those on back to front if needs be when she’s crawling away 🤣 being quick also helps too as my girl is a menace when she’s on one. I’ve found that giving her something to hold gives me about 10 seconds so I’ve mastered it over the last few months!

Thanks mamas! I’ve started using pull ups and can say it has made my life slightly easier but the 💩 is what makes me question my life choices, it becomes a full on body wrestling match to clean him 😭 I’m just so glad to read from you all. It makes me feel tons better that we are in this 💩 storm together literally 🤣 xxx

In the same boat. Sometimes a light up toy works but mostly I have to act really silly to keep him giggling and happy to lie on his back but sometimes that doesn’t work and it’s a wrestling match. I try to turn it into a game and kind of pick him up and swing him back onto the mat so that he’s laughing and relaxed rather than annoyed and just trying to get away, it’s so hard not to let your own frustration show
