My 3 year olds sleep has gone to absolute rock bottom, every night for the past maybe 10 days she wakes up screaming to come in our room. At first she was sleeping in our bed with me and my partner would sleep on the sofa or spare mattress, now we’ve been putting her mattress in our room and letting her sleep on there when she wakes up, it’s probably our fault because we’ve been allowing it but she’s so beside herself when she wakes up saying she ‘doesn’t like being alone’ and it’s really upsetting. Does anyone know what I can do now to try and get her back in her own room before baby comes 😭 anyone else’s toddler doing this?

Maybe you need to stay with her in her bedroom for a little bit rather allowing in yours ?

We had this exact same thing around the time she turned 3. And my sister did with hers at the same age too.
Although we just persisted and persisted in her own room instead of bringing her into ours. It took about a month for her to settle back down again, but it was awful, often we would be fighting with her for 2-3 hours, and dread every bed time, especially since we were so used to her sleeping 12hrs.
Eventually something just snapped and she was back to her usual routine. I think its just a sleep regression.
