So obviously here in 🇺🇸 they have to create a security measure for visitors after birth… they have to be given a code name or phrase to say. Only parents from both sides and maybe one friend depends on visiting me in hospital however they have great senses of humor. Please write below as a nurse or someone with good sense of humor what I should make them have to say to security or nurse station to verify to come back and see the baby! I’m petty and a little bit of a 😈 haha I warned them it’s gonna be good!
I’m drawing a blank with my pregnancy brain! Help comment ideas!!

I've never heard of a code for security measures, but I'm glad you're having fun with it though

They did not make me do this for any of my 3 births 🤔😂 this is new information to me!

Okay so it may be new or something just in Kansas not sure it’s just an extra security measure. I’m glad they are doing it through ID and a secret code. And allow you to have fun with it I heard the nurses love hearing all the fun ones. So please if you have any ideas let me know 😭

We had the option and used “oh popcorn” in a specific voice it’s from the movie baby mama she pretends to birth a bowl of popcorn. For some reasons I found it so funny I needed everyone to say it. The text that went out when I was in labour was just a gif from Juno when she yells thunder cats are go

I had a baby 8 months ago and they checked id's but that was it. My brother strolled in to meet his nephew 2 hours early. Lucky he bumped into my husband in the hall ir he would have walked into me getting my stitches checked lol

Mine also did a code for visitors. And we used the name we were calling our baby before we knew the gender. So we called her little bean and then security would ask the question what is the baby's nickname and if they knew us they knew it was little bean. That was simple but yet easy for the family.
You could have security ask the family a funny question they only would know the answer to.
