Hi everyone, I have a 19 month old baby boy and I’m just curious to know what everyone else’s babies wake windows are that are of a similar age ? My little boy is fighting sleep so much the last month or so (not fighting naps as much, worse at bed time) and I’m just wondering if I need to extend the wake window (but I already feel like his wake window is long. He usually is about 5 and half hours before bed time) or I’m thinking should I shorten it and he’s maybe overtired. I have no idea but it’s taking what once used to take 10-20 mins to get him to sleep now a lot longer haha any help/advice or reassurance is greatly appreciated :)

My kid wakes up from 8-1130a and sleeps from 11:30-230/3. And we’ll play eat bath and bed at 7-730 she’s two. She did have a bad patch around 20 m where she wouldn’t take a nap or take a 30 minute nap for about a month.

We also, put her in her bed, and self sooth herself. she has always been good about going to sleep by herself and not needing anyone.

We have always done a 7.30-8pm bedtime. But recently hes been taking aaaggges to settle. Sometimes even has another bottle of milk before he actually settles. Like tonight i put him to ned at 8pm and hes just shut his eyes now (9pm). He will have his nap no bother about midday for 2-3hrs but bedtime has been difficult

His wake windows vary hugely as he doesn't have a consistent wake or nap time, but he goes to sleep at 7:30/45 every night. I don't let him nap past 2:30 if he's having a big nap, ie. if he falls asleep at 1 then 2:30 is fine but if he falls asleep at 11:30 then he needs to be awake by 2 in to be sleepy enough for bedtime, does that make sense? 🤔

Of late -
Bed between 7:15/7:30. I take her in and place her in the cot and leave her.
Wakes around 6:30/7.
Naps around 12-2.
Yesterday was 12:30-3 when I woke her.
