Best nappies for overnight?

My little one has started sleeping through the night now. However the last 3 nights her nappies have leaked as she is obviously in them for longer overnight. We've tried the aldi and the little angels nappies. Can anyone recommend nappies which won't leak overnight?

Think it's gonna vary as I was just gonna come say little angels....as I tried others and they were best for us

We use Sainsbury’s or tescos own

rascals are really good, abit on the pricier side similar to pampers prices but if you’re just using for overnight might be worth it?

The only ones we’ve found work the best are rascals but they are expensive. But we use cheaper ones in the day and those overnight! My little girl wears them sometimes for 12 hours and they feel dry when you touch them in the morning!

I use peachies but they are quite expensive x

We use Tesco in the day and rascals at night too!

Pampers!

Another for peachies! They are so expensive but we only use 1 a night 7-7ish not once have we ever leaked and completely got rid of her nappy rash

Also if leaking wee i did see this could be from being cold (around 3-4am) as it’s the body’s way of warming itself up x

Size up their vest and see if it helps, gives the nappy more room to expand x

So ive recommended this to a few now, Weve been sizing up since 2 months I think it is... So for example my LO is in size 2 daily, at night we pop her into a size 3 and she sleeps through the night perfectly, Sometimes adding a bigger vest helps too (more room) We are using Mamia (Aldi brand, cheapest out there and best rated) Never had issues, e.g Leaks, and only 1 poonami since 1st July when she was born. Thats pretty good going I reckon! 🤣💕

I use pampers in the day and peachies in the night, their expensive which is why I only use them night time but their really good

Rascals are amazing, best I have found x

I was having this issue with little angels and lidils nappies I just switched to pampers extra dry and can’t fault them!

I feel for us I just tried different brands . I feel every baby is built different so some brands work for other, but not for mine.

We are currently using pampers and Morrissons own brand. Size 2 in the day and then size 3 at night x

We’ve found Pampers baby dry are great for overnight! We still use Aldi the day which helps keep costs down! Xx

Tesco's Fred & Flo worked for our lil one. He pees loads and would leak through Aldi, pampers etc. x

Avatar

We use pampers x

We use rascals for overnight, aldi for during the day. Rascals keep her a lot drier during the long stretches (don't need to size up either!)

I had this same issue with my little one when she started sleeping through.

She’s currently in size 2 nappies so for night time we put her in a size 3. She doesn’t poop during the night so it’s fine being abit looser and holds so much more wee.
We use Fred & flo or mamia nappies during the day but I do use pampers at night as I found they held so much more without leaking and is ok cost wise if it’s only one nappy a day xx

thoughts…

it’s my birthday in a few weeks and i’ve just found out my partner has bought me some lingerie… a few years ago this would have been fine, except i’ve just had 3 babies in 16 months (singleton and twins) and im currently 8 weeks postpartum… i currently hate how my body looks and know i won’t want to wear anything like it.
i’ve also recently discovered he is watching porn and pleasuring himself nearly every day… this isn’t something i would normally mind, but i think the frequency he is doing it makes me feel “icky”. it feels like he’s bought me the underwear to make me more appealing to him, without thinking about whether it would be something i’d want.

am i just being overly sensitive..?

Breastfeeding past 12 months

Guys im getting irritated. Ive been ebf now 8 months and my mum keeps saying in diff ways that “oh ur mummys gonna wean you off the breast soon” when shes 12 months.

And today shes telling me you cant breastfeed past 12 months.

And when i said i am going to and want to reach at least 2 years. Shes not saying “oh so u wanna breastfeed till 5”

Like what?

And then she’s saying because i still have baby weight i should go on manjaro. But obvs cant do that while breastfeeding.

So cant you still loose weight while breastfeeding past 12 months through diet and exercise?

Is anyone else’s family saying this about breastfeeding past 12 months? My mums just making me feel like im doing something wrong.

Is it not normal? I feel just annoyed because this is my baby and if im good with still breastfeeding her and if she still wants to breastfeed why should i stop.

How does breastfeeding past 12 months look like ?

Thank you! My rants over💗💗

Don't know what to do

Hey im a first time mom to my baby girl. she is 20 days old and last night was up most the night. I've had 2 hours sleep total im so tired but she won't sleep at all. She will wake up and have some of a bottle and then when I put her down after burping her she will start crying half an hour later for more. She's on 6 ounces of hungry baby formula. Im just not sure why this is happening. Could it be sleep regression?

Dummy removal cold turkey at 8m

My LO (8 months) wakes constantly, hourly sometimes because she needs the dummy. I wouldn’t even mind if I had to just reinsert it. But if it falls out she wakes and will escalate until I hold her. Depends on it strongly to fall asleep. Even holding her I need to give her the dummy. Takes ages to get her back in cot. This is all night. I’m so sleep deprived and can’t function. I’m considering removing cold turkey. Any advice ??? Is this the right thing to do

My son “wiggles his bum” not sure how to approach it

He is 3. He lays face down and goes left right - wiggles his privates on his bed/sofa etc. Calls it “wiggling his bum” should I be concerned or is it a good idea to set boundaries? Not sure how to approach this. Advice appreciated

Wake window ideas

Hi All my LO is 9.5 weeks, sleeps really well at night (a 5-7 hour stretch, followed by a 3-4 hour) but that means she is awake lots in the day, she’ll have 30-40 minute naps and is wide awake 1.5-2 hours at a time, before I can even think about trying to get her back to sleep.
I’m just looking for age appropriate wake window ideas, she hates lying under her baby gym, she’ll do probably max 10 mins a day, we do tummy time, but again she’s not a fan. She loves just sitting and chatting with me face to face and reading books, we probably read 6 a day.
I’m open to all ideas please
