My little boy started off eating everything and did so well with weaning. Over time with illnesses and teething we’ve slowly got into a rut with food and what I offer. He has a lot of snacks and the same dinners/ breakfasts rather than eating what we do like we used to. Last night I gave him our stir fry (noodles, veg and chicken served separate) and he only ate a few noodles despite previously eating everything. Have I ruined his food eating?

This is exactly the same as for us!! X

Yes me too , although she eats everything at nursery 🤷♀️
Yes eats everything at nursery!! But that’s only 2 days a week for us

Yep we're the same. I'm just trying to introduce foods back alongside things he likes

Nooo, you haven't ruined anything. My LG did this and then all of a sudden is back to eating most things.
I would just give him his boring normal foods for a couple of weeks, maybe try some pouches again if you're worried about fruit intake and then reintroduce the better stuff in a week or 2. For me, I think a sore throat meant she went of anything that was a bit more effort to swallow but, that was last week.. this week she's eaten almost everything I've given her.
Don't worry! If they've been sick and just want to eat certain things, it's only for a bit and it's fine 😊

I was also guilty of trying to be a bit too forceful with feeding.. I feel bad about it now but when she wouldn't eat much I would sit there for ages trying to make her. I've started just letting her lead herself more and, it's made the whole relationship with eating much better x
