You got this! Put that bean in a safe space and take a few minutes for yourself! Drink a hot coffee/tea, take a hot rinse in the shower, take some deep breaths.
And then just know that you’re not alone and you’re doing an amazing job by being there for the lil bean! 🫶
We had a stretch where she’s been in her “witching hour” from 8pm - 4am.. oh did I cry. I’ve started panicking throughout the day, because I was terrified of the night to come around.
But it gets better, and it really is all worth it! After all, pain is temporary.. and I know that this situation sure hurts!

Have you brought him to a pediatric chiropractor or a physical therapist? My peds chiro does gentle massage and holding of muscle groups and it has helped all of my babies tremendously. Colic is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Essentially you need to figure out what is causing him discomfort. Especially if its throughout the day and not just witching hours.

Maybe Gas? Gripe water is a life saver in our home. My daughter is a savage if she has gas. I also can relate-I do not feel real. You are in the trenches right now-but you’re not alone!!! When you are in the middle of a battle wondering how you’re going to survive the next hour-just know I’m literally right there with you…doesn’t matter if it’s 5pm or 3am you are not alone-there are so many mamas fighting the same thing. This is my third & I can tell you it is temporary. You will look back and wonder how you survived but you will survive & you will be proud of yourself.
