This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've had perinatal depression up to very recently (I believe the cloud is lifting). I'm just entering my 2nd trimester and realised that this actually happened in all 3 of my pregnancies - the first 2 times I just convinced myself it was due to difficult circumstances, but this time I was hit with it harder and couldn't deny what it is. Each time my spirits lifted during my 2nd trimester so I hope this will happen for you too as your hormonal balance shifts. I believe it's due to the hormones being produced by the placenta when it's ready. Happy to chat about your experience over DM
My baby’s dad performed a DNA test on him and my baby without my knowledge or consent. My baby wasn’t even a month old at this point. Any advice or thoughts? He’s not on the birth certificate.

My baby is almost 11 months old and he’s always fed to sleep even at bedtime. Now I feel like he’s starting to drop bottles, I struggle to get him to nap.
Like today, he had a filling lunch so refused his 3.30pm bottle for his nap, I resorted to having to drive around in the car to get him to sleep. I tried rocking and he just cries and tried to turn.
Any ideas on how I can start to get him to fall asleep with no bottle?

How do people deal with colds and flu when you are breastfeeding and can't take cold and flu tablets? I had my flu jab yesterday but they said that it takes 2 weeks to work. My husband has a nasty cold and is taking cold and flu tablets, I can feel myself starting to get it but I checked with the doctor today and they said that I cant take the tablets due to breastfeeding as there is a decongestant ingredient which impacts the milk. How do people manage to care for their baby while fighting sickness and trying to avoid passing it on to them?

Im a FTM and my 5 week old daughter is going through a stage of either not sleeping or sleeping too long, This morning she woke up at 4 and didn’t go back to sleep until 9:30, Between that time she had about 12oz of milk and slept for 8 hours, Has anyone else had this with their baby? Should I be worried and wake her up if she sleeps for that long again? Just looking for a bit of advice

How long did it take for your period to come back?
- I’m currently 5 months postpartum and have been EBF from the first day and still haven’t gotten my period, just curious if I should take a test or not
