Workplaces with a crèche

Hi!!
My maternity leave is finishing soon but I don't want to go back to my workplace where the hours are long and unpredictable. I was wondering if anyone knows any workplaces in Tunbridge Wells or surrounding areas that also have a crèche so that I'm not too far away from my LO
I have managerial and admin experience, as well as a university degree. Pretty much open to anything and trying new things; just wanting somewhere that can be child friendly so that the brunt of finances aren't on my husband

Christmas gifts

Family members have started asking what my LO wants for Christmas. I feel like he doesn’t really need too much but he’s got a big family who are all obsessed with him and want to buy (I’m very lucky - not complaining). I want to post on social media but feel like it's performative

Need a therapist to tell me what's that about 😅 Like I would love to post photos, just on my private social media pages, and not my kids, more just like pretty photos I've taken. But I worry its performative and like why even bother, who is it for?
I know I'm massively overthinking it but I think I'd just end up posting things and hoping it makes me look like I have a certain lifestyle or aesthetic and then what's the point in that? I don't really want to care about what people think, but then if I start posting things I think I will end up caring? So I just don't.
But I want to.
Does anyone understand what I mean?
Sorry for the stupid vent, I'm nap trapped and it was just on my mind 😅
