What’s everyone having for lunch and snacks in the day? I’m trying my best to be healthy but nothing that’s healthy fills me up. I work out and about so I need things like sandwiches etc but I end always buying crisps and things to stay full, really struggling with what to eat 😞

Lunches at the moment I’m having jacket potatoes with either tuna mayo, beans and cheese or egg mayo if I don’t get the egg ick.
I’m not snacking much anymore but if I do it’s usually an apple or crisps 😅.
How far along are you? I’ve found since I’ve hit 12/13 weeks I’m not as hungry anymore.

Sandwiches most days plus a side of cucumbers and tomatoes or an apple. For breakfast, I have porridge of eggs, something that fills me up. Otherwise, I end up eating crap. I didn't have breakfast yesterday, then ended up eating a box of biscuits at work 😅

Ham salad wraps, loving Cheerios 😂 and lots of babybel and fruit

I'm eating so unhealthy unfortunately. I'm still struggling with what I can eat and keep down and most of the time its just crap that I can tolerate. I hope to feel good enough soon to eat better..
