Anyone else’s 5/6 month old’s last nap of the day quite late?

Nap times and bedtimes vary depending on how my toddler is but my girls last nap of the day can be anywhere between 7 and 9

Depends how long the last nap is, but our LO (6m at the end of the month) is still in the 30-40min nap phase and her last nap is usually around 5/5.30 with an 8.30/9pm bedtime. So it doesn't sound late to me.

I wish my 5/6 month old would nap. No matter what I do he won’t sleep even at night

My baby's timing is very similar to yours.

Yep, it’s not always at the same time but she often naps around 6pm or even later. We try and aim for 9-9.30pm bedtime but sometimes she falls asleep later.

Oh I’m so glad to hear this!! Everyone was telling me it’s far too late for a nap! And to cap it

My little one now goes to bed around 7/8 but my 3 year old when she was a baby would wake up from her nap at about 6:30/7. I've never really followed a routine and just let the babies set it themselves. My 3 year old would go to bed around 10/11pm also when she was a baby and sleep until around 10am. Shes always been a good sleeper and still is. She'll go to bed now around 8/9 and never really wakes up earlier than 8:30am. She starts school next year so im going to have to slowly start adjusting it lol but until now its been no issue

My LO goes to bed between 630/7. Last nap ending about 430pm. I normally dont let him nap past 5. So his latest bedtime is half 7
