Baby movement pattern/routine

Currently 28+6 and really struggling to figure out baby’s movement patterns still. I thought I was starting to figure it out and then I hit 28 weeks and it’s all over the place again. He’s moving everyday and movements are strong but always different times. Any suggestions on how to track?? Any advice appreciated

Hi, I don’t have any pattern and I’m 30 weeks, if I want to check on him I lay on my side and wait until I feel movements. I have no pattern at all! X

I'm 27 weeks and also haven't got a pattern. As long as I feel regular moments I'm happy, I'll be forever anxious if I overthink it!

I don’t have a pattern either but as long as I feel him throughout the day, I’m happy!

Same as sara above - every day my movements are different - i be content as long as i feel something x

I’m 28+6 and also have no pattern. Some days are so quiet and then others he moves all day. It’s hard not to worry but I do believe he is ok in there and hopefully means he’s a chilled out baby. Having said that, if I were truly worried I’d call the maternity triage line in a heartbeat x

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
