My baby has been on Aptamil Pepti 1 for four weeks now and hasn’t had any issues, apart from watery spit-ups (which I’ve been told is normal since the milk is quite thin). Now that we’re in week four, she’s started having a blowout about halfway between feeds. It’s quite watery, but I wouldn’t say it’s diarrhoea. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I really don’t want to change her milk as she’s been tolerating this one well.

Our LO was put on AP1 at 2 weeks old but she developed reflux and was spitting up / vomiting frequently after meals.
We tried gaviscon however, that made her constipated so, the doctor prescribed a formula thickener called Carobel
She went through a state of diarrhoea during formula change but the doctors said that as long as she's eating as much as she's pooping then its fine.
Maybe speak with Doctor and see if a thickener would help?
