Any help please!!! My little girl is in a big bed now with a gate at the bedroom door but for the life of me I cannot get her to go to sleep she’ll only fall asleep if we are in the room with her if we try to leave she gets up and screams I’m seriously on the edge it’s taking hours and she’s waking up in the night and early morning and won’t go back to bed unless we’re in the room she has always been the best sleeper I don’t know what to do. We sleep trained her when she was 16 months it’s like all that’s irrelevant now

She could be going through another bout of separation anxiety at that age. Do you make sure to do lots of close bonding activities in the evening? Books, play wrestling, dancing together, quiet playtime with toys? Strong bonding activities at night can really help with separation anxiety. Night time is a long separation for toddlers and can feel scary, especially if she's in a new and unfamiliar bed.
yes we’ve just started no screens in the evening and we’ll play dance and do books! It’s so hard everything in my being just wants to let her stay in our bed all night but I don’t want to make her reliant on sleeping only with us
